General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale — IPTV Ireland

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern access to and use of the website https://iptv-ireland.eu ("the Site") and the services it offers, including HD and 4K IPTV subscriptions, access codes, technical support and related streaming services. Using the Site or purchasing a service implies acceptance of these GTC.

1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations between IPTV Ireland (iptv-ireland.eu) and each User who accesses the Site or subscribes to an IPTV service. They set out the terms of access, payment and activation, responsibilities, and refund policies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or making a purchase, the User fully accepts the GTC. If the User does not accept the GTC, they are asked not to use the Site. IPTV Ireland may update the GTC at any time: changes take effect as soon as they are published online.

3. Description of Services

The Site offers various IPTV subscriptions, including:

  • 1-Screen IPTV Subscription: access to 18,000+ national and international channels, VOD content and regular updates;
  • 2-Screen IPTV Subscription: simultaneous access on two devices under the same plan;
  • 6, 12 and 24-month plans: priced in Euro (€), with no contract or minimum commitment.

Each plan may have technical limitations, a set number of connections, and detailed conditions described at the time of purchase.

4. Technical Requirements and Use

  • The User must have a compatible device (Smart TV, Android Box, PC, Mac, smartphone, Firestick) and a stable internet connection (min. 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K).
  • The services are intended for personal use only; resale or unauthorised sharing is prohibited.
  • Some content may be unavailable due to geographic restrictions or local licensing.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in Euro (€) and may change. The price valid at the time of order is the one displayed at checkout. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the purchase page. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

6. Service Activation

Activation is generally immediate or within a few hours of payment confirmation. Login credentials or codes are sent by email or via the agreed channel (WhatsApp). The User is responsible for providing correct contact details.

7. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of the service, no automatic refund is granted after activation. Complaints about technical issues attributable to the Site are assessed on a case-by-case basis; any refunds are at the discretion of IPTV Ireland. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Not using the service in violation of copyright regulations;
  • Keeping their login credentials confidential;
  • Taking responsibility for issues arising from their own equipment or connection.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site is committed to providing a stable service but does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. Content may come from third parties: IPTV Ireland is not responsible for its availability or legality.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, text, images and materials on the Site are the property of IPTV Ireland or their respective owners. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

11. Personal Data Protection

12. Suspension and Termination of Service

In the event of a breach of the GTC, the Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service without prior notice or refund.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

14. Final Provisions

These GTC constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendment will be published on this page with an indication of the update date.
