2. No Free Trial — Start with the Shortest Plan
We do not currently offer a free trial. If you'd like to test the quality and compatibility of the service on your device before committing, we recommend starting with our shortest plan (6 months) at €32 for 1 screen, which lets you try the service at minimal cost before subscribing for longer.
3. Cases Where a Refund Is Granted
A refund may only be granted in the following cases:
- The service does not work at all after activation and our technical team has been unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- A payment was made twice by mistake (duplicate transaction).
- A serious technical issue prevents access to the service and no alternative solution can be offered.
4. Cases Not Eligible for a Refund
A refund will not be granted in the following cases:
- The service works correctly but does not match your personal preferences (e.g. channel list, language, interface, etc.).
- The service is blocked or limited by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or by the use of an incompatible VPN.
- The installation instructions provided were not followed correctly.
- More than 48 hours have passed since the subscription was activated.
